Joining the entente membership – terms and conditions (our ENPs)

Just so we are all on the same page, here are few things we want to make sure you expect when you join our membership:

1. It’s for 12 months, so that’s $97 per month for 12 months. Entente may change the price at some stage, but we will give you at least 30 days notice if we, for some reason, decide we need to do that

2. You’ll receive an email from us initially as a welcome, and then at least twice a month with the next instalment of your membership

3. We have a monthly theme, so each month you will receive an e-guide, an invitation to a teleseminar, and sometimes an audio or video that is relevant to the theme

4. You will also receive your Building Trust kit, the contents of which will be sent to you throughout your 12 month membership

5. When entente has upcoming events, you will be invited at special rates

6. We would love for you to remain a member for the full 12 months, but if for some reason you want to cancel your membership, you will need to contact us on +61 2 8889 0888 or . We’d like to know the reason for your cancellation, so we can improve our services to you and to future members

7. If we find that you do something that is contrary to these terms, we reserve the right to cancel your membership immediately and will notify you (although we do hope we never have to do that!)

8. Because we believe in what we do and how it helps people in many aspects of their lives, we have a super special Guarantee – if you decide after 6 months of membership that you are not happy, and you contact us and tell us how we did not meet your expectations or needs, or if we broke any promises we made to you, we will give you your money back, and you can keep whatever we have given to you up to the date of your notifying us.

Here’s some things that we expect from you:

1. We have worked hard to produce the products that we share with you as part of this membership, so we expect that you do not copy or reproduce any of it in any way. Everything we give you that is produced by us is protected by copyright.

2. You take what we provide you as helpful guidance, but recognise that it is not personal advice. If you find that you have questions that go beyond what we give you as part of this membership, we expect that you will contact us, and/or seek professional advice.

3. If you love what we do for you – tell others!! We are always looking for more people to join us to help bring about a more trustworthy business and personal world and society for us all. The more the merrier!
